CleanazFK ships to Australia only.
All orders will be sent within 3 business days of receiving/processing payment. This may vary due to a variety of reasons including but not limited to payment processing, inventory tracking, high volume and technical issues. In case of a delay, the CleanazFK team will notify you by email or by phone immediately. Please kindly give us some additional days to fulfil your order.
Our postage and handling is automatically calculated based on the package weight and dimensions to the destination postcode. We offer the options of standard or express post. All orders are sent with tracking. Once posted, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking info and the shipment carriers details.
Current shipping estimates are approximately 2-6 business days. Shipping may take longer in some cases due to factors that are out of our control.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99.
Please note that our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. No shipments will be made during weekends or public holidays. Domestic shipping details are subject to change as the current pandemic situation continues to affect postage times. Large deliveries and deliveries to rural areas may experience delays or see packages be split to allow suitable shipping options to be chosen. The team will contact you if this needs to occur to your package.
Damage during transport:
If your package is stolen at the final destination, CleanazFK will not be held responsible. If you provide the incorrect shipping address details, CleanazFK will not be held responsible.
Unfortunately sometimes packages may be subjected to damage as they are handled and shipped nationally. Similarly, once an order has arrived at the destination, if it is then to encounter damage (eg. left in an unsafe place, damaged by water leakage etc) CleanazFK has no control over such instances and will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during or after shipment.
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with it or if the item is defective, damaged or if it is the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email our team at email@example.com.

We offer 30-day returns on all clothing, cleaning and detailing products from the date of your purchase. Our policy lasts for 30 days only. After 30 days of receiving your order, we are no longer able to offer you a replacement or a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
To start a return, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or on the Contact page and include your full name, your order number, your best contact number, a written explanation of the issue and a picture of the item that you received.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return and refund your item must be returned in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returned items that are not received by CleanazFK will not be issued a refund. The items are your responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure they are packaged sufficiently enough to not get damaged on the way. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage/tracking.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process a refund of the price that you purchased your item at (this includes sale items). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuer’s policy). We appreciate your patience! In the case that you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue you with a store credit. We will also email you a return label for the unused product.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of the refund being approved by CleanazFK, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some pending time before your refunded funds hit your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods (such as air fresheners) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Our 30 Day Return Policy does not apply to decal stickers as there are too many possible causes and factors that become involved with DIY application. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Replacements (if applicable):
We only replace items if you have received the wrong product or if they are proven to be defective or damaged. Please email our customer support team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. If the item that you want is a limited run or a sold out item, we can offer you a refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary. Late arrival of an order:
We try our very best to ensure that you receive your order within 2-7 business days but we cannot offer a shipping guarantee due to the ongoing pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues. Each product description states how long shipping could take. If you need a product shipped by a specific date, special occasion or holiday, please take note of our approximate shipping times and get your order in early if you can. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to alter or cancel that order. If the advised delivery time has passed and you run into any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When stock levels are exhausted or a new product is being launched, we may provide the option for you to pre-order a product. That product will be able to be purchased in full and will be shipped to you once it is back in stock. Once you place your pre-order, the CleanazFK team will notify you by email or phone when the item will be back in stock.
