How machine polishing works, which stage suits your paint, and how to keep the finish once it's back.
Swirl marks, light scratches, haze and oxidation sit in your car's clear coat. Paint correction uses machine polishing to level that clear coat, taking the defects out instead of filling them in, so the gloss and clarity come back for good rather than washing away.
Stage 1 is a light enhancement polish that lifts gloss and clears minor swirls, ideal for newer cars. Stage 2 is a cut and refine that removes moderate swirls, light scratches and oxidation, and it's our most popular. Stage 3 is a multi-stage heavy correction for neglected or heavily swirled paint.
Every stage starts with a safe wash, iron and tar removal and a clay bar treatment.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Stage 1 is a light enhancement polish for minor swirls. Stage 2 is a cut and refine for moderate swirls, light scratches and oxidation. Stage 3 is a multi-stage heavy correction for neglected or heavily swirled paint.
It depends on your paint. Book a free 15-minute paint inspection and we'll recommend the right stage, and the right protection, before you book anything.
It removes swirls, haze and light to moderate scratches by levelling the clear coat. Scratches that go through the clear coat can't always be polished out safely. Stage 3 removes as much as is safely possible, and we'll tell you what to expect after the inspection.
Stage 1 starts from $450, Stage 2 from $700 and Stage 3 from $900, depending on vehicle size. Bundles with Sapphire Infinity ceramic coating start from $1,099.
We'd recommend it. A coating protects the corrected finish and makes it far easier to keep clean. Every stage can be bundled with Sapphire Infinity.
It depends on the stage and your paint. Correction plus coating takes longer than a polish on its own. Your quote includes the timing.
